Resurgens Orthopaedics, Atlanta's largest orthopedic practice with 20 offices in metro Atlanta is seeking a Patient Account Representative to join our team. 

The Patient Account Representative is responsible for managing all accounts receivable activities for several physicians to ensure collection of all allowed payments. The position requires regular contact with patients, physicians and insurers.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences: minimum of three years experience working in all areas of collections for a physicians' practice; knowledge of medical terminology and ICD 9 and CPT codes (certified coder preferred); extensive experience disputing denied claims and collecting payments from insurers; skilled in working with patients to create plans for payment of accounts.  Candidates must also have excellent written and oral communication skills.
