Drs. Christopher Walsh and Kenneth Kress Selected as Top Docs by Peers

Drs. Christopher Walsh and Kenneth Kress of Resurgens Orthopaedics — Georgia's largest orthopaedic practice — were recently named Top Doctors in metro Atlanta by Lifestyles magazine. 

Dr. Walsh was named a Top Doctor for hand surgery, and Dr. Kress for orthopaedic surgery.

Lifestyles magazine surveyed doctors in Coweta, Fayette, Clayton, Henry, Carroll, and Douglas counties, and the cities of Vinings, Smyrna, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta, Roswell, and Alpharetta, asking them to select a single local Top Doctor in each of more than 35 specialties. The results were published in the May/June 2010 issue of the magazine.

Dr. Walsh earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. In addition, Dr Walsh has a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery. 

Dr. Kress earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Southern Medical Association, Southern Orthopaedic Association, Medical Association of Atlanta, Medical Association of Georgia, and Atlanta Orthopaedic Society.
